Itália em 1974 (Italy in 1974)

"Felipe went to Italy in early 1974, where he worked for 4 months. As we can see in the picture below, the design of the famous EMB120 Brasilia was already "out of the oven":"

"But this trip is not only summed up the work, as shown in the photos below:"

Só pode ser sacanagem...
It just can be a joke...

"After 3 months in Italy, his wife Berenice was there to spend the last months with him, leaving us in Brazil. They say that after an so great absence, I started to tell everyone that my father had died (I was 4 years old then), and he had to call Brazil by telephone - something very difficult and expensive at the time - to talk to me and to show that still alive."

Lhes garanto que as fotos eram coloridas – o tempo lhes roubaram a cor.
"I assure you that the pictures were colorful - the time stolen the color."

"As the time has been over 30 years, many memories have faded. The photos, not so much as the photo below that Pio paddling hard while Otair take a picture and Felipe poses. Varese on Mar, 24 1974."
Alguém tem que fazer o serviço duro...
"Someone needs to do the hard work..."

"Felipe had a habit of turning off the lights before the curves to see if cars came in opposite hand while driving at night. He told me that, in Italy, he did the same at high speed driving the car down, but the system was different from the Brazilian cars, and he was unable to turn it on again and pulled the car immediately. When he finally stopped It, found the switch and when he finally reconnected the car lights, was facing with a cliff."

"There are many more photos of his adventure in Italy, but the most fun and interesting are contained in slides, and I need some special equipment to rescue them."

"There are many friends that Felipe did during its relatively short life, and among all, Pio and Otair are few of them who I never had contact."

Um comentário:

Aguardo ansiosamente as próximas! sobrinho Haroldo
